Enabling works – Preparation of site for erection of temporary offices and welfare facilities, constructing temporary access roads & footpaths within the site confines, and creating temporary drainage for the site’s set up and welfare facilities.
Groundworks – All works below proposed ground level including underground services detection, temporary works, underpinning, bulk excavations, filling and compacting, disposal of excavated materials from site, earthwork support, piling mats, cutting down pile foundations, excavation and construction of mass & reinforced concrete foundations, raft slabs, pile caps, dewatering and water retaining structures.
Reinforced concrete works – Construction of multi-storey concrete frames using the latest proprietary and bespoke formwork systems. Construction of reinforced concrete stairs, supply and installation of precast concrete stairs and slab planks, fairfaced concrete works to all classes of finish requirements, power float concrete finishing, composite slabs, and supply and installation of all metal decking systems (non stud welded), reinforcement and concrete placing.
Drainage – Underground services detection, deep and shallow installation of underground drainage systems including testing and CCTV reports, installation of petrol interceptors and pumping stations, storm water attenuation reservoirs and soakaways.
External works – Underground services detection, road construction to DOT specifications, geotextile installations for roads and filter/carrier drainage systems, hard landscaping including kerbs and paving, tarmacadam base and wearing courses, and brushed finish external concrete slabs.
Structural alterations/demolition – Temporary works, underpinning, precast and in situ concrete slab demolition, removal of load bearing walls, concrete encasement of existing structural steelwork, cladding removal, in situ and composite slab in fills.
